10/12/2023 0 Comments Packrat exam quizletI studied all of the topics on the blueprint in the AAPA book for about 2 weeks and then started taking PACKRATs for two weeks until my exam. I mainly used the AAPA book, CURRENT MD&T (to look up any topics that weren't in the AAPA book or that I wanted further clarification on), the LANGE Q&A book (for a few of the chapters), and did 4 1/2 PACKRATs. I agree with the others as far as not having too many study sources. I'm hoping your story is fake and this is just a troll account looking for such a reaction, but the pessimist in me believes that spineless children are indeed being sent forth into the world without the intestinal fortitude to handle a disconnect between what mummy and daddy want and what professional preparedness would expect. I can say that I'm glad you failed and I hope you fail your next exam if you really are so incapable of acting like a professional as the above statement implied.Įven if you do master the material and pass your boards, I wouldn't want any of my loved ones being treated by any PA who can't stand up to anyone in any situation where a backbone is required. On the assumption that 1) Your story is real: you exist, you're a real graduate, and you did just take the PANCE, and 2) what you're implying is reality-that your parents did, in fact, influence your decision to take it prematurely-all I can say is that I'm flabbergasted. I understand my preparation was poor however, I thought I'd barely pass (My advice-don't take the test if you're not ready, or if your parents pressure you to take it). (Great for ortho! wish I did my research!) Here are some links that I am now using (wish I had researched earlier, but I want to help others from my mistake!)ġ1. If those have retaken, please offer advice of how to pass it. Second time will be better because I am going to prepare. Any study schedules, websites, etc would be greatly appreciated. I need guidance and help to ramp up my weaknesses. I have VanRhree (Green book), Auth book, Davis/Diamond book (Rainbow book), Yellow book (Lange Q/A) AAPA book, which I used none of the first time. I purchased Pancemaster (it's a great program so far). Those who have passed, please advice me how to pass. It was a rude awakening for sure and opened my eyes to take this test seriously. Scores on EM do not correlate with how poorly I performed in these above sections. How I prepped ? Exammaster and Packrats Only for 2.5 weeks.
